The Flipped Oven began from a true love of baking and a deep connection to my French roots. What started in my home kitchen turned into a way to share something special—those buttery, golden, soft madeleines I grew up with—with the South Florida community.
Each one is baked by hand using simple, honest ingredients. We use the best French butter and local farm eggs to make sure every bite is full of flavor and care.
We're all about keeping things thoughtful—supporting local, baking in small batches for special occasions, and creating treats that feel truly homemade.
